On Saturday, January 2010, two special events converge for a premium nightlife experience featuring two exclusive upscale venues. Rell Presidente /Big Sam/ Youngest in Charge / PR host an Annual Birthday Bash for 1800's own BIG SAM and Friends at The Comcast Center and Table 31 located at 17th Street and JFK Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA, sponsored by The1800Magazine and XquisitePhotoParty.com.
Although Celebrating Big Sam's Birthday this is also a party with a purpose where a portion of the event proceeds will benefit VOICES OF THE VILLAGE (www.voicesofthevillage.org).” Founded by 3 friends who's mission was to enrich the mindset of youth, to aid them in building a positive self-image as a peer mentor through educational and social development. Since 2005, Voices of The Village, Inc. has hosted our Annual Back to School Festival to help youth get prepared for their first day of school. This is a Fun-filled day where families can enjoy free food, games, health information, neighbors and school supplies.
Standing at 975 feet tall, the Comcast Center is the tallest building in Philadelphia. This prestigious venue features a public plaza with a gorgeous fountain display, a dramatic eight-story "Winter Garden" and "glass curtain" that wraps around the Comcast Center, allowing for a 360° view of Philadelphia's urban landscape. And all of this is in addition to Table 31 Steakhouse Bistro, the building's signature restaurant from the award-winning team behind Le Bec Fin and Brasserie Perrier. The Comcast Center combined with Table 31 provide the perfect backdrop for This Event, this is an event that cannot be missed.
